Shipping 

DOMESTIC

Orders are shipped weekly pending payment processing. Domestic orders will be shipped by either using Australia Post via the eParcel network or DHL Express. Parcel Post estimates parcels to be delivered in two or more business days, Express Post guarantees next business day delivery for all metropolitan areas in Australia. For regional areas, delivery will take between 2-3 business days. Your signature will be requested upon delivery.

All shipments have insurance cover.

DHL is unable to ship to PO Boxes.

INTERNATIONAL

Orders are shipped weekly pending payment processing. Orders will be shipped using DHL Express. Delivery of your order will take 1-3 working days. Full tracking is provided from the DHL website. You may be responsible for import and/or customs duties on your order and will be responsible for paying these duties to release your order from customs upon arrival.

Tracking

You will be sent a shipping notification with a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. You will then be able to track the status of your delivery with the link provided in this email. If you do not receive your order in the timeframe specified, please contact us.

Returns

Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns or exchanges on items unless faulty.
Currently, returns on domestic or international orders will be covered by you and return postage costs are non refundable unless the item is found to be faulty.

To return please contact us at hello@cameronpeters.co within 7 days of receiving you order. Please provide your order number and brief explanation of your return, you may be requested to provided further information and images regarding the fault. We will assessed at our discretion and issue you with a returns authorisation number (RA#) and instructions on how to return your order. Items returned without a RA# will not be accepted.

All return items are to be shipped via Australia Post or DHL. For security and peace of mind all returns are to be shipped with tracking, insurance and signature. We will not be liable for any items lost during return shipping.
